Partners:

You agree not to contact any of Talent Wells’ candidates in your personal capacity, and all correspondence must take place between Talent Well its candidates, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Talent Well.

Candidates:

You agree that Talent Well is indemnified against all costs, liabilities, expenses, claims, suits, and actions incurred as a result of you listing your CV on our database.

You agree to ensure that your CV is virus-free and free from any harmful devices when submitting it to Talent Well.

Talent Well has the right to reject or remove any CV from its database at its discretion without disclosure of the reasons for such disclosure.

You agree that the information in your CV is truthful and honest.

Talent Well retains all intellectual property rights in their database and services, and you agree not to infringe upon them without their prior written consent.

While Talent Well makes a reasonable effort to find suitable employment for candidates, they cannot guarantee success.

By submitting your CV, you acknowledge that there is no guarantee of Talent Well finding employment you.

You grant Talent Well permission to market your CV to their clients and share your personal information, including your photograph, video interview or clip, identity document, qualifications, references, payslips, or any other required information.

You agree not to contact any of Talent Wells’ clients in your personal capacity, and all correspondence must take place between Talent Well its client, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by Talent Well.

You authorize Talent Well to conduct background screenings, such as obtaining verbal and written references and conducting verifications, such as criminal verifications, qualification verifications, or any other verifications required by Talent Well or their clients.
